Volkswagen does not know what stability is, and it is precisely what the German manufacturer needs as it faces significant ups and downs in the commercial race of some of its models. The giant has felt how one of its references in the minivan sector has been struggling during the summer months, while also suffering a significant setback after experiencing a tremendous rise in one of its most difficult-to-sell models.

The new generation of the Multivan has become a reference, so much so that the brand decided to invest more and equip the plug-in hybrid version with significant updates. A model that has always been highly respected as it is the basis of the traditional California, and which recently launched a special edition to celebrate the anniversary of its launch.

In other words, promoting a boost in sales that have decreased in the first half of 2025, delivering 224,000 vehicles worldwide compared to 231,000 in the same period last year.

And this considering that the demand for the ID. Buzz increased by almost 70% compared to the first half of 2024. But, despite delivering fewer cars, Volkswagen has earned more from sales, with 8.7 billion euros compared to 8.1 billion the previous year.
