Renault draws inspiration from Netflix to make maintenance easier for its customers
Renault has devised a new formula to keep its customers always "hooked" to the brand throughout the useful life of their vehicle. Like Netflix for watching series, the French manufacturer offers an economical monthly fee that includes comprehensive maintenance for your car.

Consumption habits are changing rapidly in recent times. With the Internet at the center of our lives, the way we manage our household economy is also changing significantly. Who doesn't pay a monthly fee to have a movie or series platform, like Netflix?
Now, imagine transferring that idea to the ownership of your car. Yes, you might be paying for it every month, but to repay the loan you were granted for its purchase. And yes, perhaps paying a monthly fee for a rental car is the closest thing to what we are going to tell you. But think about the purchase of a new car.
During its useful life, you will have to visit the workshop several times for necessary maintenance, with the resulting nerves and doubts while waiting for the final bill. If you don't want to experience that "agonizing" feeling, Renault offers you something: you pay a fee every month and, when you take the car to the workshop for periodic maintenance tasks, you will have "everything included", with no surprises.

Two plans, starting from 29 euros per month
The new monthly subscription model for vehicle maintenance at Renault is called my service, and it is an innovative way to transform the after-sales experience for the brand.
For Renault, it represents a new formula to accompany the customer throughout the vehicle's life cycle. For the driver, it means paying a monthly fee and forgetting, in a way, about these types of concerns. The program has just been launched for anyone who buys a new Renault car starting from October 1st.
"Keep your vehicle always in top condition with a single fixed fee, without worries and without commitment. Subscribe and forget about everything," summarizes the diamond brand, which offers its customers the option to subscribe with an additional advantage: while subscribed, the vehicle will have an official commercial warranty covering up to 8 years or 160,000 kilometers. However, the driver must not exceed 20,000 kilometers per year.

Renault promises not to change the fee during this period and, if desired, can cancel the subscription without any penalties. The brand offers two plans, starting at 29 euros per month, which varies depending on the model.
The so-called Essential plan includes maintenance following the manufacturer's schedule, with operations such as fluid changes, timing belt, and water pump. Meanwhile, the Integral plan, with an additional cost of 10 euros per month, includes recommended maintenance: brake discs and pads, clutch, bulbs, 12-volt battery, headlights, and shock absorbers are included in the plan, but tires are not covered.
In the previous image, you have the detailed prices for the different models. As you can see, electric vehicles have the most economical price, as we have said many times, the maintenance of these is lower compared to combustion vehicles, having many fewer mechanical components.
