The wildest Taycan in history is back in spy photos, Porsche wants to be king again
You will hardly see spy photos like these, with such luxury detail on the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT mule that the German brand and Manthey Racing are preparing for 2027. Parked at the chargers near Nurburgring, the electric super-sedan reveals much of its exceptional aerodynamics.

Porsche managed to put Elon Musk in his place when he insisted that his Model S Plaid had to surpass the sedan of the German brand, which did not hesitate to set distances with a top-of-the-line version like never seen before. A Taycan Turbo GT that sweeps away any of its rivals in one fell swoop, but it has encountered not one significant opposition, but two.
Although the new four-door Mercedes-AMG GT and electric is already breaking records, and promises truly dizzying figures, the big problem for Porsche is nothing other than being surpassed by a newcomer like Xiaomi. The Su7 Ultra achieved something that seemed more than impossible, surpassing the magnificent time of 7:04.957 minutes at Nurburgring, being 2.5 seconds faster than the Taycan Turbo GT with the Weissach package.

The response has already been seen on more than one occasion, a brutal Taycan that is being developed together with the competition partners of Manthey Racing who, as you can see in these new spy photos, has been caught again while recharging its batteries at the chargers located at one of the accesses to the Nurburgring circuit, and it is clear that it is a mule.
The bodywork is filled with provisional aerodynamic components. For example, the front lip spoiler is not final yet, still held by thin but strong wires. The vents over the wheel arches, the side skirts that protrude a foot, the wheel arches that also show how the axles have been widened, or the front hood panel itself.

The door pillars are made of carbon, like the plates of the rear wheels, measuring no less than 21 inches in diameter, and with tires of 335 millimeters of tread width accounting for the need for grip with the road. And what to say about the immense rear spoiler, which occupies the entire rear of the super sedan.
For now, we do not know if Porsche will increase the power of the electric motors and get closer to 1,500 HP, but it is clear that those from Manthey Racing will not only offer in 2027 an unmatched aerodynamic package, but also will tweak the chassis. What is necessary to reclaim the throne and make it more difficult for the Chinese, if they dare to defend their title.
