Have you had problems with the spare parts for your MG? The brand knows it and has just announced the solution
The Chinese brand MG promised a few months ago that it was working on opening a spare parts center in central Spain to service its already extensive network of dealerships. These facilities are now fully operational.

The influx of Chinese brands in Europe has changed the automotive landscape in our region. While it is true that they have had some weaknesses at the beginning of their expansion across our continent, these are starting to be corrected over time.
We can consider MG as the first major Chinese brand that started to make a lot of noise in Spain. However, many customers reported that they had to wait weeks or even months when some components of their vehicles broke down.
That has been changing little by little, to the point that MG now guarantees a delivery commitment for the most important spare parts, the ones with the highest turnover, within 24 hours to its network of dealerships in our country, which already counts more than 110.

Guadalajara, once again the nerve center of Chinese brands
Rivals of MG such as BYD, OMODA, or JAECOO already have their respective spare parts warehouses in Azuqueca de Henares, in the province of Guadalajara and very close to the Spanish capital. In the case of MG Spain, its "modern spare parts center" is located in Cabanillas del Campo, also in the Manchego province.
The 10,000 square meters of facilities are already operating at full capacity just a few months after the brand announced its launch at the Barcelona Motor Show. As we said, vital spare parts like filters are available within a day for shipment to the dealerships in the Spanish network.
With the current stock, MG assures it can cover the demand for four consecutive months. In these facilities, they have about 2,000 spare part references, 90 percent of those used in the cars of our country. They will even carry out a night delivery process and promise to respond to all customer interactions in less than 48 hours.

At the same time, MG will also rely on the secondary safety warehouse of MG Europe, located in Amsterdam. In these facilities in the Netherlands, the Chinese brand manages another 15,000 references. According to the manufacturer, less than 0.5 percent of spare parts come from China, which strengthens its position in the European continent.
Something fundamental to gain the trust of its customers and respond to any unforeseen events with the utmost speed. Especially since Chinese brands have arrived with many doubts regarding their cars and after-sales services. However, these companies are stepping up and are just another brand in the industry of our region.
"We have reached the commitment to offer average delivery times for spare parts that set new benchmarks in the Spanish market. It is an important achievement that strengthens our presence in Spain and reinforces MG's willingness to provide differential attention to our customers," says Justin Zu, After-Sales Director of MG Spain.
Let us remember that the Chinese brand offers in its range for Spain a 7-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty for all its models, including the batteries of its electric cars, guaranteeing that it will maintain 70 percent of its capacity after that period.
