Lancia is celebrating one of the most special anniversaries, the birth of the Ypsilon. The Italian utility vehicle has just turned 40 years old, so the brand with the chalice has launched a couple of limited editions, both packed with equipment and special details.
The most luxurious Italian brand under the Stellantis umbrella is celebrating an important anniversary. It has been four decades since Lancia launched its most utilitarian model, an Ypsilon that has always been characterized as a revelation in every release. The latest has been on sale for a year across the European continent, including a fully electric version.
An important anniversary that Lancia is commemorating with two special editions that, for now, have been launched in only one European country. The smallest of the chalice brand is on sale in The Netherlands, with an added equipment bonus in the two available special editions, called Edizione Limitata and Edizione Limitata Blue, as well as a significant added improvement.

Electric and with a generous warranty on the Lancia Ypsilon
While there are differences in the equipment of this special edition of the Lancia Ypsilon, there are none in the mechanical section. Both share the same powertrain, with an electric motor of 156 HP and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 51 kWh, giving it a range of 403 kilometers.
This can be charged from 20% to 80% in just 24 minutes. This equates to 100 kilometers of range every ten minutes, and is protected by an eight-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty, including the infotainment system.
